1. Multiparty System: take turns to be in power by campaign
　
2. General Election: give political power to the people because it comes from the people
　
3. Separation of the Three Powers: the three powers should be controlled and balanced with each other; Everyone is equal with others before laws
　
4. Military Neutral: military nationalization
　
5. Freedom of Faith: faith should not be assigned; it should be up to someone himself/herself
　
6. Freedom of Speech: citizens have the holy right to make different political opinions
　
7. Freedom of Association: citizens have the rights to assemble and set up another political party
　
8. Freedom of Migration: everyone is equal since he/she was born, and everyone has the equal right to accept education and obtain employment
